Grand Junction Co Homes for Rent and the New Grand Junction Park

There's a new redevelopment that is going to attract more potential tenants in grand junction co homes for rent - the new Grand Junction Park. Actually, this is not a new park, but rather, an existing and undeveloped one. The said park is actually Las Colonias Park, which has been unfinished due to lack of funding. Grand Junction officials are now planning to renovate the area to transform it into a fully operational place of recreation.

Las Colonias Park, which sits right next to the Riverside Parkway, has been donated to the city in 1997. It has few benches and a riverfront trail among other amenities. The park's close proximity to the river and the downtown Grand Junction makes it more feasible for further improvement. One suggestion is to possibly include a disc golf course which would further enhance its recreational value. The Grand Junction Parks and Recreation Department, together with the Downtown Development Authority and the Lion's Club are planning to refurbished the park's amenities and improve its pathways so that the residents can fully enjoy the place again. The said proposition will be included in the Parks and Recreation Department's presentation about Grand Junction's parks to the city council.
